### 1. 国および言語 <a href="#id-1" id="id-1"></a>

* ユーザーが設定した国·言語設定基盤でサービス提供
  * [x] 対象サービス:ウェブフック、Syslog連動

### 2. 時間 <a href="#id-2" id="id-2"></a>

* ログをGMT+0でアップロードするWindowsシステムの場合、その国の時間通りにログを確認するために設定
  * [x] デフォルト:GMT+9:00

### 3. カーソル <a href="#id-3" id="id-3"></a>

* 大量のログ照会速度向上のためにデータベースのCursor検索活性化が可能
  * [x] カーソル検索使用時、ページアクセス時点を基準に検索を行う
  * [x] 新しくアップロードされるログは、更新時に反映
